I’m John Barnett, president and CEO of QuanTEM Laboratories. Some years ago I owned and operated an asbestos abatement company. During that time, I learned that the prevailing attitude of testing laboratories was one of apathy, arrogance, and they provided horrible customer service. Sometimes, I would call about samples I had sent in and was told that the lab would get around to testing those samples “eventually.”
So, when I came on board at QuanTEM Laboratories my goal was to change that attitude. I’m a firm believer in providing the best customer service imaginable and keeping valued clients happy. The bottom line is we are all working for the final customer, the customer whose money pays all of us: consultant, abatement contractor, laboratory. Therefore, our job is to help you do what is necessary to give the best possible service to your clients.
QuanTEM Labs specialize in the analysis of asbestos, mold, lead and hexavalent chromium. Unlike most labs, we actively and weekly track our turnaround times. By doing so, if we happen to miss a turnaround time, we can find out why and fix the problem so that it doesn’t happen again.
